About the Foundation
On November 13, 2006, 23-year-old Josh Trainor died in a plane crash along with three colleagues from Two Rivers Marketing and the plane’s pilot. Following his death, Trainor’s fiancée, Heather Barglof, founded Josh Trainor Christmas for Kids, a charity dedicated to providing families in need with children’s gifts, dinner, and a tree at Christmas. Barglof has chosen the couple’s planned wedding date, June 30, for a memorial golf outing and fundraiser for the charity.

About Josh

Josh Trainor Christmas For Kids - Golf Outing
Josh Trainor, age 23, was a beloved son, brother, friend, and fiancé. He was a dedicated associate at Two Rivers Marketing, starting as an intern and quickly demonstrating a strong work ethic that led to work on new business prospects and client trips. He was passionate about the outdoors — hunting pheasant and deer, fishing, boating, golfing, and all kinds of water sports. He and his fiancée had recently purchased a home and were looking forward to landscaping and decorating.
